Shalimar Designs offer a range of rustic furniture varying from traditional English designs to designs originating in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York.  Most furniture is made from hazel, the thin rods being very flexible enabling the bending of the backs and arms of the Adirondack styles. This range is particularly suited for use in conservatories, sun lounges and summerhouses, where they may be enjoyed year round. Chairs, seats and a chaise longue are available.

Traditional English rustic seats and chairs are available also made in hazel and a new range of oak furniture is being developed.

Treatment with a proprietary brand of wood preservative (clear Cuprinol or Sadolin) followed by 2 coats of Danish oil, teak oil or similar is recommended.
